Kaplan, Kaiser share tricks of the trade with consulting psychologists
Bob Kaplan and Rob Kaiser recently conducted a continuing education workshop at the annual Midwinter Conference of the Society for Consulting Psychologists (Division 13 of the American Psychological Association). Over 35 seasoned executive coaches attended the half-day workshop in Miami Beach.
The goal of the workshop was to share the “tricks of the trade” used by Kaplan DeVries Inc. in executive development. Participants learned firsthand how to leverage simple truths that often go underutilized in coaching. The workshop was warm and informal, as participants learned powerful insights and simple practices employed by Kaplan, who has conducted pioneering research and created unique tools and processes for helping leader grow since the early 1980s.
