Leadership Versatility Index voted the most useful 360 for executive development
A recent survey by WJM Associates (http://www.wjmassoc.com) asked 323 thought leaders, executive coaches, and organizational consultants, “Which single assessment instrument do you find the most useful for the purpose of Executive Development?”
Over a third of the votes went to the world-class personality assessment suite from Hogan Assessment Systems. The Leadership Versatility Index came in third, and was the highest rated 360-feedback tool on the list.
The Hogan and the LVI make a powerful pair for helping an executive understand the links between “Who you are” (Hogan personality assessment) and “How you lead” (LVI 360 feedback).
