KDI Leads Sessions on Leadership at International Conference for Organizational Psychology

KDI hosted two thought-provoking sessions on leadership at the annual conference for the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychologists in Atlanta April 8-10, 2010. The first took a critical look at the “Play to your strengths” fad. The second session applied the emerging evolutionary perspective on leadership to frame, analyze, and suggest solutions to the modern leadership crisis.
