This session focuses on the time after coaching, when it is critical to promote constructive behavior change. First, a corporate consumer of coaching explained why concerns about follow-through are at the heart of understanding the ROI of development. Then, three veteran practitioners demonstrated strategies, tactics and methods for maximizing transfer of learning to job performance, using technology-enabled tools for keeping leaders focused on executing development plans, and embedding targeted developmental activities in key organizational projects.
