Motorola’s leadership standards

Growing demand for leadership talent compelled Motorola to upgrade and integrate the processes by which it selects, develops, and retains leaders. We were retained to help senior leaders at Motorola articulate a model of leadership to apply to their top 1,000 executives around the globe. We also designed, developed, and validated assessment tools used to size Motorola executives up against this model. This presentation describes this work.
