There are two versions: the standard LVI® 360 includes numerical feedback only and the LVI® 360-plus includes an additional set of behavioral-interview questions that allow coworkers to provide feedback in their own words to go with the ratings.
The standard LVI® is an ideal addition to round out a battery of assessment tools including interviews, personality and ability tests, and interest inventories and so forth. This version costs $275 US per report.
The LVI® 360-plus adds even more punch to an assessment battery. It’s also perfect as a stand-alone assessment, providing plenty of data to go on in coaching, performance management, and in programs. This version costs $350 US per report.
