We do a number of things. And we do them all extremely well!
Our work can generally be described as intensive and intense consulting to CEOs and “C-level” executives and GMs and functional heads at the next level—all designed to bootstrap these leaders to better performance. This work falls into three types of services:
1. Consulting to individual leaders—improving your organization’s leadership one manager at a time. The work varies—sometimes to make a good manager a great leader, sometimes to fix a problem, sometimes to help with a transition, sometimes as part of CEO succession, sometimes to groom high-potentials.
2. Consulting to management teams, especially the top team. A specialty: the CEO-COO partnership. Often our mandate is general-purpose improvement; sometimes it’s to come to the rescue.
3. Conducting leadership programs, that bring managers together to learn together and become part of each other’s ongoing growth as leaders, thereby expanding both individual and organizational capability to create the future generation of leadership.
4. Building leadership models and assessment tools, customized solutions that serve as the content to fuel the talent management systems in your organization.
