Bob Kaplan signs contract with Pfeiffer publishing for suite of products - a book, trainer’s guide, and next-generation 360 feedback tool.

Bob Kaplan and his co-author, Rob Kaiser, signed a contract with Pfeiffer publishing for a suite of products based on their award-winning model of leadership and next-generation assessment tool, the Leadership Versatility Index©. The products will include a book written for managers and management consultants, an on-line 360 tool, a binder with training modules and handouts, and self-directed work books to help managers become more versatile leaders. All should be available by winter of 2005.

Pfeiffer publishing, a division of Jossey-Bass, has a long history providing first-rate books and training and development materials on leadership. They published and distributed Barry Posner and Jim Kouzes’ wildly popular book, The Leadership Challenge, and associated development tools.
