As if filling the leadership pipeline wasn’t hard enough, many of the senior people we recruit and develop wind up failing.  In this session, we summarize the sprawling literature on why so many rising stars fall short of their potential. We also unpack the dynamics of derailment by explaining the individual, organizational, and systemic forces that are at work beneath the surface. The focus of this interactive session is on helping Senior HR managers better understand derailment so they can minimize its impact on their pool of executive talent.
