Standards authored by top management. We partner with CEOs to choose standards for the organization’s managers or for all employees. We bring out the CEO’s thinking and then help shape it. The product is a short and memorable set of standards or values, not a long list of competencies. It is stated in plain, jargon-free language, often in the CEO’s own words. The product is owned by the CEO and senior management, and known to be owned by them, as opposed to being widely viewed as the work of a consulting firm or HR.
Standards informed by deep knowledge of the leadership field. The end-product is built upon the latest knowledge and best practices and techniques. We also import innovations from our own pioneering R&D. But the end-result is anything but a repackaging of what everyone else has.
