Our emphasis on research reflects our history: our approach to executive development was born of Bob Kaplan’s ground-breaking research on senior managers at the Center for Creative Leadership in the late 1970s and David DeVries’ leadership in directing the Center’s world-famous research efforts in the 1970s and 1980s.
