Our goal is to conduct seminal research and create innovative tools that are eminently useful in developing leaders.
Our consulting practice informs our research—we are not armchair theorists. And our research provides a steady stream of creative ideas and methods for refreshing our work with leaders. The result is an ongoing cycle of continual learning.
Strategy
We have a dedicated R&D staff whose purpose is to:
- do basic research on leadership, executive development, and performance assessment (see The Versatile Leader for some of the outcomes of our research program).
- develop innovative tools and techniques that increase our effectiveness as consultants
- conduct contract research to help our clients solve pressing organizational problems.
We are intent on remaining leaders in the field. Thus, we share the fruits of our labor by publishing and presenting what we learn and making our tools commercially available—for example, the Leadership Versatility Index®, our revolutionary 360-degree feedback instrument.
